Stop it. We’d be very fortunate to get Klieman.
Not if he can’t figure out what he has at QB. We’ve witnessed 2 losses because our OC and head coach stuck with a guy who wasn’t getting it done.

Coaches often get into that mode of not wanting to hurt their starters feelings even if it could cost them a game.

Down by 1 score late in the 4th Quarter, and Martinez fumbles. Nobody saw that coming.

I was mad watching Martinez do so good all night....then the Husker version of Martinez appeared late in the game. Two fumbles in one drive. Thats the guy we all knew.

Gutty but very familiar performance from Martinez. Gets down big, partially bc he throws a bad INT right before the half. Then makes some great plays to rally but fumbles twice on the final drive when trying to tie it up.

Probably win with Howard.

Man, you guys were right. It had nothing to do with our defense giving up 31 points in the first half, Robinson getting 200 yards rushing, the offensive line leaking like a sieve or head scratching clock management on the second to the last drive. 9 AM cost us that game all by himself. Y’all owe Scott Frost an apology for firing him. It was all Adrian’s fault.

Kittens should have went into the half 24-13...Klieman made some questionable decisions... Should of kicked the FG after UT went up 21-10... Instead Martinez fails to convert on 4th and they get nothing... Then after the defense holds UT to a FG, KState comes out slinging with a minute and change... And in true Martinez form, he throws a pick at the worst possible moment... Shades of Illinois 2021 when he put the ball on the carpet right before the half for a scoop and score... Like Nebraska, Klieman needed Martinez to dig them out of a hole, which Martinez always almost did... But in the end he failed to execute and turned it over again when it mattered most... "It looked like the same movie today" But the most questionable decision in my mind was to play Martinez in the 1st place... Klieman needed to win that game and I think Howard gave them the better opportunity to win... Instead KSU moves to 0-4 vs UT and likely cost themselves a shot at the conference title....

Thats smart, because there is no sitting P5 coach that would touch the nebraska job.

started a kid who lost to tulane over a lightning rod for like 7 games

many here can't handle 4 quarters of that, much less half a season

really hard to watch if you ask me on both ends (fans of kst and kleiman **** pumpers)
Sounds like what your guy did yesterday

It's possible that two things are true simultaneously:

1) SF sucks *** as a head coach

2) AM is the least clutch multi-year starter QB in the history of CFB.

klieman? what happened?
You've been proven correct in the Texas game.

AMart was splendid and then soiled. The guy is snake-bit it seems. The game was a statistical draw - sans the score - but two crucial AMart turnovers did the Cats in.

It will be interesting to see what Klieman does at Baylor, and the result. K-State can still win ten, the B12 championship, and a good bowl. It's all in front of them.

But King-Kong's earlier views have been proven accurate to this point in time about the mercurial one, 9AM.
