I have always wished that WVU would recruit South Carolina. Having moved down here back in 2007 from up north, this state is better than NC IMO. Alot of good talented players down here.

Sure but 1. He didnt want to come here and 2. There is no way to predict that you will have 4-5 lbers on the shelf during a season.

WVU needs to start recruiting in state top offensive lineman better and should have never let OLB Dorian Etheridge get out. We need to start building a better relationship with Spring Valley and Huntington High. Hell a kid from Morgantown just committed full ride to Pitt. He at least could provide depth. C’mon get more good WV boys and stop wasting time recruiting states like N.C. N.C. has failed us for 15 years. We maybe got 3 guys that played from that state. 3 guys in 15 long years. Bad.

I saw the kid from Morgantown play this year. The only depth he could provide would be at water boy.

Eermountain SC Gamecocks have said for years the talent in SC is not real bigtime overall and that’s hurt them. It’s still a limited amount and the ones good enough get recruited to stay in south. WVU has never even wasted time recruiting SC.

WVU gets it top players mostly from Ohio, PA, WV, MD, VA. We sprinkle a few transfers in and a few from south.
