Kirk Herbstriet was bought and sold to the Chinese years ago. He was infected early with Covid and forced to take their experimental vaccine in May. Since then, he has been hypersensitive, overly emotional, hypocritical, (not a new symptom) and apparently displays signs of dementia; he's developing Biden-like speech habits
