a person who trolls a message board and who has no relevant smack, so therefore needs to resort to cyber stalking other posters to make themselves feel better. The reason they have no smack is that their "football team" has NEVER beaten WVU and whose basketball team never will again.....usually under the influence of meth or crack.......see also "*****"......"moron"....."loser"
