I'm not sure why the general dislike for KJ Sr. He just wants what's best for his kid, which is what any parent would. He just happens to be a higher profile guy. That doesn't mean he doesn't have his own opinions or that we have to agree with everything he says.

I don't dislike him. Actually a lot of new found respect for how he handled the situation with his son.

Think about what Moos said about players parents during the transition.
Now look what Key said.

Make your own conclusions.

Because he’s a soccer mom.

I don’t know anymore. I heard from a source that if they don’t breathe they die. Don’t hate me if it’s not true, though, I’m just the messenger.
So? .....JK Have a neighbor with a bumper sticker that says in bold print "I love cats" then in little tiny letters on the bottom it said, "dead ones". Cat bags are a very necessary tool of the veterinary profession.

I wonder if Riley gave KJ Sr a phone call and let him know all is good. Wouldn't surprise me if Riley would do something like that.
I was thinking the same thing. MR probably called KJ Sr to let him know everything will be ok.

As a parent, I would undoubtedly be concerned if my child committed to play for one coach, and then that coach was fired.

HOWEVER, seeing as I wasn't born yesterday, I would have reminded my child before committing that coaching is a very tricky profession, and the likelihood of the entire coaching staff being at the school 4-5 years later (six, if they committed as a junior) was extremely small.

That's why you commit to the school, not the man. If you really don't want to be in Lincoln, Nebraska for five years, then don't commit to play for the Huskers, regardless of who is coaching. Having to sit out a year due to NCAA transfer rules would totally suck, and should only be used as an absolute last resort.

It was in the back of my mind that KJ St and SF played together. I seem to remember a story about KJ telling an ex Nebraska player (possibly Frost) that his USC team would have taken the 1995 Huskers. Frost or whoever it was told him he was Nuts. Pretty sure it was all in good fun.

I have to say it would make me very happy to still have KJ Sr and Jr on board.

Keyshawn Jr. doesn't have enough speed to play WR for Frost

Wow....always someone hating. Not every single receiver has to be a 4.3 40 WR. You can have the Big body ones that go up and battle for the ball. If he’s ANYTHING like his dad, we want this guy.

Johnson Jr. is fat, out of shape and lazy. I couldn't give a rats *** what he thinks about anything. He put himself in the position he is in, so who cares about what he thinks?

He was slow because he was high all the time.

I, for one, hope he comes back. He may not be the greatest receiver, but he isn't bad either and it is a position of need.

Let's stop ragging on the kid.

I heard this is what he was caught in.

He gets stoned, eats chocolate cake and gets fat. That's exactly how my football career ended.

All joking aside, if he comes back, we don't need that **** in our culture. He better be ready to go to work.

More of a feeling that Frost is the guy, and Key would be lucky to get an offer to play for him. The "tone" is getting more Frosty every day, and by my own admission, I would absolutely love to eat crow if Scott was indeed N all along.

That would be some tasty crow.

Some of you guys are ridiculous and should be ashamed of yourselves. Bagging on teenagers is the cool thing to do now, huh?

You guys are sad... sick too.

It's sad to point out he was more interested in smoking weed than going to work? Maybe if he gets here and gets to work, it spills over and Riley is successful. I want him to come back and get to work. If he would rather smoke weed and not work I don't.

Like any player not currently on the roster, Frost should recruit KJJ. If he’s a fit for his offense, and has himself ready to see the field and contribute, then make him an offer.

It’s not his fault his dad acts like a dick.
