Getting fired because Indiana did two independent investigations that showed players were mistreated.

Actually one of those investigations showed the players weren't mistreated but they didn't contend that a culture existed where injured players felt pressure to get back to practicing and playing. That's really what we're talking about...players feeling they needed to practice and play and train despite having injuries. It's not like he took a football or a chair and threw it at a player for running the wrong route.
