Doing the play by play of the Miami Heat-Dallas Mavericks game tonight. Eugene Omoruyi is a rookie for the Mavs and twice Harlan has referred to him as being from Rutgers. First he said a rookie from Rutgers. Then he said started his career at Oregon before transferring to Rutgers.

During the East Lake Cup college golf tourneytwo weeks ago which brings in the top 4 men's and women's college teams from 2020-2021, the Golf Channel announcers constantly referred to #1 ranked Oklahoma's Chris Gotterup as "the transfer from Rutgers" all 3 days.

Hurts because he's currently the #1 ranked player in all college golf according to Golfweek/Sagarin rankings.

I saw that. At first, I though he was giving more weight to the fact that most of his career was at Rutgers but then I realized he genuinely thought he transferred to RU from Oregon.
