Just escaped UT Chattanooga by the skin of their teeth thanks to a late pick six. Kentucky right now is basically a C grade version of what we were most years under Mullen, and they are probably the third best team in their division. Meanwhile they’d be fighting us and Arkansas for 6th place if they were in the West.
The SEC East is so weak. It’s really frustrating playing in the West, which has been far and away the most brutal division in CFB for the past 10-15 seasons. Then Kentucky gets Mizzou, Tennessee, South Carolina, and Vandy every year and can basically be 8-4 at worst without beating a soul.
