I absolutely hate ragging on refs, can't stand it when people constantly blame the refs but wow, that was ANOTHER oddly called game. Maybe vandy just didn't defend hard enough and avoided contact at all costs but it seemed like uk got called for a lot of brush fouls.
I'm amazed we won by that much against a really good team with that kind of a free throw discrepancy.

Derek Willis continued his hot play of late, grabbing nine of UK's 32 boards on the night. Murray had seven, and Marcus Lee had five.

I really thought thos would be a game he could thrive in too. Oh well.

Some of this was predictable tho
Vandy leads the conference in getting to the line so the fact they had so many free throws shouldn't be surprising.

Also Vandy doesn't force turnovers so the fact we didn't turn it over shouldn't be so surprising.

What is surprising is how great we shot and how poorly they did

Way to go Cats!!

[Crawfords Corner]

Was that the fastest game ever played on national television?

Willis 7 points, 9 boards. Good game. Also, how many blocks did he have? 2?

Didn't get to watch the game live and just finished watching the game. Guys did a great job today. Everyone except for Skal contributed something. If they could figure out how to keep Poythress engaged like he was today, this team could go to another level. Love how Willis continued to rebound and do everything else even though his shot wasn't falling as well as usual.
