********** KENTUCKY VS VANDY GAME THREAD*****

[fisherscat]

Cant play Matthews and Briscoe together.

[JohnnyGentle]

I am impressed with Willis in this contest. He is hustling, grabbing those balls off the rim, and being in the right area of the floor.

kornet beat him to that loose ball. he didn't sell out for it

overall his effort has been solid though

[UKDC80]

I love Murrays game

[richbrookstomato]

Willis has a knowledge of the game that most of our other Bigs don't have. He has a nose for the ball and understands the angles of the game.

He is making our team tremendously better!!

[KYCAT78]

Cal needs to send the tape of this game to the head of the SEC Officials.

[Dallas-Wild]

Love the way we are playing, but this is one of the worst officiated games I've seen in a while.

Some of the calls are so obviously bad mixed in with several mystery calls.

[fisherscat]

Just nonsense officiating.

[ManitouDan_anon]

Maybe if we got up 30 Vitale might say something good , he's been unbearable

He is certainly filling the role that this team needed.

[OHIO COLONEL]

22,975 in Rupp_Arena today. #BBN won't be denied from watching their Cats.

What happened to predictions on some posts yesterday that the game should be cancelled or that Rupp would only be half full?

[Kycatspaws]

Latest numbers:
Murray - 18 points, six rebounds
Ulis - 17 points, four rebounds
Poythress - 14 points

[CatDaddy4daWin]

Damn we are really starting to play well. Member that time we were all worried about 3pt shooting? Yeah, they look dangerous from 3 now. Murray up to 40% now. Ullis, Murray, and Willis are all dangerous from 3 now.

[fabcat]

Willis not making those corner 3's today. Making it up on the glass.

[kat57]

And yet we are winning by 21. Hilarious.

Maybe the officials should look at the scoreboard or tell them the game is in Rupp and the home team is in white,

[Bkocats]

Poy having a helluva game y'all

[clew84]

Who is this Poythress kid? This one has potential.

[TortElvisII]

Willis 0/6 from three today.

[ck-2]

Maybe the officials should look at the scoreboard or tell them the game is in Rupp and the home team is in white,

That's right!

[KYExtemper]

Willis has missed several of those open 3's today. I wish Ulis has just taken that to the rack.

[RoyKent]

Willis missing WIDE open shots today.

[ToniTonyToneDelkDelkDelk]

I've been critical of the kid, but we need to get Skal some tick. We're up by 20. Let him build in that confidence from the last game.

[Crawfords Corner]

great rebound Briscoe

[TortElvisII]

1/7

[clew84]

3 for Willis.

[RoyKent]

There t is Derek!!!

[FlCATFan_rivals26961]

Willis really cold shooting today but still a really solid game. Gotta love that!

[jrpross_rivals]

There ya go Willis!

[Bkocats]

there it is!

[clew84]

Shooters gotta shoot.

[jrpross_rivals]

Keep the foot on the pedal boys. I want a nice thorough squashing today!

[Crawfords Corner]

How about that though. Willis is struggling today from behind the arc and Ulis gets him the ball showing confidence in him and he drains it.

[Bkocats]

Willis keeps up this kind of play, he'll have earned a permanent start
Poy keeps this up we might go fairly deep
Loving how our guys look today

[ukfan041]

What a difference a week makes!

[*CatinIL*]

I don't know how I'm going to do it...but I'm not going to let Ulis leave after this season...

[KYExtemper]

If some NBA team doesn't take Ulis they are out of their minds.

[ck-2]

Dickhead Vitale defending Dukes losses.

[RoyKent]

Wow, Ulis feeling it. Dude is so good!

[ManitouDan_anon]

TU is dealin'

[Kycatspaws]

Ulis shoots, scores!!!

[TortElvisII]

This team is 25 points better than the team that lost last Saturday.
