Wheeler can create his own shot. It just doesn't go in. At least today. So far. But as I said before this game's changing and we're going to win.
He obviously hasn't had many because UT defense has done a very good job on all of our guards. However, if Oscar was capable of doing it on his own, he wouldn't need good guard play. You are making my argument for me. When Wheeler plays well, we win. When he doesn't, we normally don't win. Playing well for Wheeler means he is getting the ball to his scorers. It isn't about how many points he scores.

UT being the best team in the SEC makes me physically ill.
If Kentucky could get stops and hit a couple open shots then I might get some confidence, but that probably isn’t going to happen

He’s a great on ball defender and good in transition. But I’ll pass on him in the half court offense. If he can’t go left, he becomes a black hole until the clock winds down.

Grady's problem is he isn’t playing with effort. Don't even know he's out there.
It is this way EVERY TIME Cal's team's lose in March. It's become a FREAKIN pattern with him. Go back and look at all of our teams losses in tournament play and you'll see that it was our LACK of SCORING that beat us.

Why not go back to last year's guards? I am sure you liked them better than Wheeler. You might want to know who you got replacing someone before you are so quick to want them gone.
Seems to happen every time in these kinda games where we've trailed the entire time. We'll make a push right at the end but it's always too little too late.

It looks as though the press is the only way to speed them up. Playing fast is the only thing Kentucky is better at in this game. Let’s see if cal sticks with it
They have been terrible the whole game is hasn’t been one bad stretch is been like this for a couple of weeks, no offense flow or rhythm at all and our only hope is to force feed it to oscar
