He had exceeded my expectations on most things but I needed to see him vs a top team. He did it. I’m 110% bought in on Pope. I want nothing more than him to have a successful 20 year career here. I don't love him at the line for most of the game, but he just seems like one of those guys who shoots 65% most of the game, but then at the end with the game on the line, he's like 90%.
I know stats don't work like that, but some guys are not scared of the moment, and he seems like one of those guys.
