I think they'd be more upset with losing to an average Tennessee team, but maybe they cut that part of his quote off o_O

good for him, he noticed KY football isn't that important after all to the locals - but in fairness, why go to see a glorified scrimmage week in the SEC when real conferences are playing games that matter....just saying 66-27, 63-10, 53-0, 52-6, 50-17, 49-9, 42-10 - plus it could snow or something...

Maybe he saw this video - he's having Frost in-home for a visit next Tuesday.

Really? Is this the chatter on RSS? I just hope it’s a trip that’s worth our time and efforts. I know the Robinsons took a lot of kids to the Kentucky game last weekend so it seems to me that they are full gun ho on Wandale attending UK

If "favors" weren't involved I still have a feeling we flip him by signing day.
You guys realize when you say stuff like this with no proof you’re not only insulting the school but insulting the kid insinuating he would accept those favors and make the most important choice of his life thus far based on them. Either prove it or don’t say it. It also just sounds like pathetic sour grapes.

When we have 2 Neb well know media/ recruiting guys suggest it, there is something to the story. Neb loses recruits all the time to other schools and this type of thing is never even brought up. There is something to it. I don't know to what level.

Sean Callahan said it to a group of rabib Husker luncheon attendees in Beatrice and Jim Rose based it off of what? Again, offer something concrete, otherwise move on

The point is, they and others don't throw this type of thing after every lost recruit. So why would they on this one? I promise you both of these guys know more about what goes on behind the scenes of Nebraska recruiting and Nebraska football than either of us.

If the stories about his handler calling Frost were true, I doubt Frost would still be recruiting him and doing an in-home visit next week.

I don't doubt that Marrow put stories in his head, and probably said some very negative things about his time at Nebraska.

If there was money involved then why would Frost make any effort to visit him? To counter-offer? Just makes no sense.

Bottom line, the kid wanted a guaranteed position and Frost couldn’t do it, whereas Morrow did.

Wouldn't that be a kick in the balls if Brohm stayed at Purdue and convinced Wandale to come to the Boilers, then we would probably have to deal with Rondale and Wandale on the field at the same time and that could be a real nightmare! Brohm also got a commit from a pretty darn good dual threat QB for this cycle as well.

The more I hear about this, the more I am certain the kid is clean. I hope Frost can sway him; the fact that he is even able to get an in home visit is a sign that his commitment to Kentucky is tenuous. In any event, it seems his advisor is leading him down a bad path. He would be better off in Lincoln or Louisville (if Brohm goes there) than Lexington. Be that as it may, it's ultimately his decision and I wish him well.

I don’t think he’s sold 100% on UK but I think he ultimately stays instate. I grew up in Kentucky and most of the big time recruits don’t leave the state. Only a few have (Shawn Alexander and Harris kid that plays for Bama). can see the following happening:

Held: Hey Wandale, we haven’t given up on you and me and Frost want to come visit you to share our vision. Are you 100% locked on UK?

Wandale: Not 100%

Held: ok so you’re saying there’s a chance

Wandale: sure

Held: ok we’ll be at your house on Tuesday.

Wandale: Alright
