So, in your obviously very humble opinion, ALL liberals deserve some type of negative wreckoning?

Like Vonn or Trump or not, purely from an entertainment standpoint it is kinda funny that she got hurt right after she dumped on Trump.

I like her (not as much as I did Peecaboo Street) and I hope she wins Gold. I like Tiger Woods too, and I hope he wins 5 more majors. Whether or not someone likes Trump doesn’t determine if I like them or not. We’re taking this whole team thing a little too far.

I'm not sure what boomer is. He's a "relativist" which means you can't really place a label on him. Sometimes he's "spiritual" sometimes he's not. Sometimes he's "conservative" sometimes he's not. Sometimes he's "pro life" sometimes he's not. Sometimes he a Capitalist sometimes he's not...you get the idea Snow Sled Baby.

It's not a knock on him, it's just hard to pin him down on any one issue except he hates Trump like most Leftists.
He is firm on that one at least.

How can you not "reject" him if you decide he doesn't exist? Wouldn't you at least have the option of deciding he does exist before making the assessment that he should be rejected?

Geez, get over yourself. There are liberal christians. And many people who honor life, love and living without subscribing to any religion. Will your God smite them all?

There are no liberal christians. The two things are not compatible.

No of course not. And I do know many Liberal believers...plenty of them in Black Churches. which always perplexed me because on some of the social issues they are right in line with traditional Conservatives (ie: anti-Gay Marriage, Abortion rights etc) but they tend to vote Democrat primarily out of Family history and tradition, and the belief (false) that all Republicans are simply racists which is fed by media lies and @countryroads89.

However, my post said those who reject Almighty God boom. I wouldn't place any believers in that category.

Are you referring to people who actually believe that God exists, but choose to say f-off to the Devine entity that they actually believe created life itself?

no boom...I'm referring to "Christians" or those who reject Christ's offer of Salvation. As I said, there are millions of Liberal Blacks who do not reject Christ. They will be rewarded with that free gift. It's the ones who say that he either didn't exist, or is not the Savior who will receive nothing for their disbelief which if you think about it boom is perfect Justice.

Why should you be rewarded or punished for simply choosing to disbelieve? If you reject a free gift, I'm not going to force you to accept it...you just get nothing. It's not "punishment" per se...it's what you chose.

Just compensation. Nothing from nothing leaves nothing.

You cant murder babies or support it and follow jesus. Sorry but truth is truth.
1) Not all liberals support abortion
2) I bet there are Christians that argue against that point
3) Supporting abortion as a right for others doesn’t mean you would support the action yourself, it means you support the right for choice

Justice? A man lives a good life, is honest, always tries to be a better man, loves, denies hatred and jealousy, helps his fellow man, works hard, contributes to society, but doesn’t accept Jesus for whatever reason.....this man gets punished by your God, and that’s justice to you?

Boomer is partially correct here. Liberals who are opposed to Abortion do so on moral grounds, however a Christian would never support that "choice" to kill an innocent Baby. Dave is correct on that.

The "choice" since we're parsing words here is for Life...if they are truly "Pro choice". No Christian who believes in the sacredness of all Human Life that comes from the Creator would willingly "choose" to destroy it.

So boomer is correct in position #1 of his post....but incorrect in what a true God fearing Christian's "choice" would be faced with the option of Life vs killing the innocent Baby.

Read it again. It says, "people that DON'T reject Almighty God." Read it again, slowly. You reply with "if you reject him," as if the word "DON'T" is not there.

You say people that reject God are going to get their asses kicked when they die. My response is

"What about the people that don't reject Almighty God but simply don't believe He exists?"

I follow what you are saying Op2 but if you don't reject him, logically how can you also not believe he exists?

Isn't disbelief in his existence rejection?

You say people that reject God are going to get their asses kicked when they die

Now you are twisting what I said Op2. I did not say people who reject Almighty God are going to "get their asses kicked" when they die.

I did not say that. I said if you reject his free gift of Salvation, or him...you will get what you chose...that is nothing.

You will not be "punished" for deciding to reject him. You simply receive just compensation for that choice. Say like if you were hungry and I offered you a Sandwich and you didn't believe it was really something to eat so you rejected it.

Are you still hungry? Did you get anything to eat after you rejected my free sandwich to you? No.

Is that punishment? Only if you're still hungry and someone else offers you something to eat and you reject that too. Now you're a damn fool.

No. That's unfair boom. but in order to be rewarded with everlasting Life you have to honor the source. You or I as hard as we might try can NEVER do enough good works. It is impossible because we are by nature fallen...Sinners.

I couldn't do enough to ask for Salvation based on my merits. I'm desperately wicked and beyond perfection or ever hoping to attain it. I can't petition the Law giver of Life to spare my Spirit simply based on my good deeds. I can't do enough good to merit that type of reward. However, it's been made easy for me. the burden has been lifted from me by Christ. I don't have to try and do all of that goodie goodie stuff because I can't.

But he did it for me. Praise God! He took on all of my imperfections, and all of my guilt, and all of my Sin and said it is forgiven. All I have to do is reach out and accept that free gift, by placing my acceptance of it into his hands. then with my confession of his sacrifice for me, I am removed from the burden of asking for eternal Life through my works.

That's available for me boom, you, and anyone else who chooses to accept the gift. Nothing wrong with good works...admirable as they may be. but it's like someone trying to offer you money in exchange for one of your kid's lives. you'd never accept any amount for them...they're precious and priceless and rightfully so.

Likewise, your Spirit is priceless and cannot be purchased or sold or exchanged for good works. Only Christ can save it and only he offers the exchange as long as you accept his authority to make the transaction.

And all those that lived before Christ, or were never informed of his existence. Or informed of his existence by the same people subjugating and killing their people? Are they offered this gift as well?

Almighty God is merciful boom. Before Christ corrected the Sin debt (paid for it) Those Souls were spared because there was no other way for it to have been corrected until Christ's work was finished. However their sin debts were witheld (put in escrow) against them because Christ's work for all of the rest of mankind was pending.

I struggled with this myself before I came to understand Almighty God's omniscience. I still struggle with it for instance in the case of those poor people in North Korea who through no fault of their own are forced to live as indentured servants under that Godless nut Kim Jong Un?(sp)

However, once I came to understand Almighty God's Mercy...through his omniscience he can and does allow for that correction so that none who are innocent or through no fault of their own never heard Christ's message or had a chance to accept him are spared.

So the answer to your excellent question is Almighty God is Merciful, as well as just. He will not reward those who reject his free gift, but there is nothing withheld from those who simply never had a chance to decide thanks to Christ who erased all Sin by the power if his resurrection from Death.

good question...I heard a speaker one time tell an atheist/agnostic that...."if you're right and I'm wrong then nobody has anything to worry about...but if I'm right and you're wrong then one of us has a big problem"...food for thought
