I guess beating Duke was their championship. I just asked a friend of mine, who is a UK fan, with all that crap that UK and Duke get for not winning it all every year with all that talent, Why does Bill Self and Kansas get a pass in that department? I mean they are a top five class every year with one ship to show for it. Why? Because winning a championship is hard. Sorry for the rant is just pisses me off to see them roll over like this.

The scary part is Nova doesn’t have a senior that contributes significantly and only two of their players are peojected late 1st round picks.
I told a friend of mine 2 months ago Nova was going to win it all. They just have less weaknesses than everyone else. But Frank Jackson or Luke Kennard would have stayed Duke would be cutting down the nets this year.

I had little doubt 'Nova would win this game. They are just the superior team. Duke would have had the talent if they played to their full potential to stay with 'Nova.

Villanova has been the best team all year (UVA included). They are the right team to sit atop the podium.
I think VA was the best team all year. Would have loved to see what they could have done if Hunter hadn’t got hurt.
I think they still would have lost to UMBC! I Don’t think Hunter would have made a 20 pt difference.
Virginia panicked as soon as they got down in the 2nd half, that’s how I would explain the 20 point margin.
I’m gonna trust the great season Virginia had before Hunter went down. I think his injury deflated them. UVA and Nova easily had the best seasons heading into the tournament, and had Hunter not gotten hurt I believe that would have been your title game tomorrow night.
