The Wonders took one on the chin Friday night losing 58-27 to NW Cabarrus who hadn't beaten the Wonders since 1976.
Just last week the Wonders lost to Cox Mill for the first time in their history and the week before that they lost to Central Cabarrus, also for the first time in their history.
Standing at 4-5 right now with a tough game vs JM Robinson left then the Bell Game here is my question. What is up with the Wonders?
They've lost three conference games in a row, that hasn't happened since 1977. I know pre-season there were talks of AL Brown being a serious contender in 3A, what's happened?
I'm honestly just curious.

Honestly, and I'm being honest about this right here, I still don't think they're a bad team turnovers has killed this team all year long. I know turnovers are part of the game, but if they don't turn the ball over instead of being 4 and 5 they would be 7 and 2.turnovers cost them the game in the Mooresville Game Central Cabarrus game Cox Mill game they should have won all three of those game really the only two games that they got beat was Marvin Ridge in Northwest Cabarrus.

This is by far Northwest best team they ever had don't be surprised if they make a deep run into the playoffs. They are big and fast they have two running backs that are a beast, their defense is big and fast and they go 300 pounds across both lines. The scary part is they're all Juniors on the offense side of the ball.

Heard they are rather young too. Turnovers will do anyone in, 4 of them resulted in Christian beating us this year.

Yep, I think they only have three seniors on the offence side of the ball all of the skill players are juniors.

Sorry, I was talking about in NWC not Kannapolis. Kannapolis is not young this year.

I seen somewhere else Northwest will be 3a. If Kannapolis is lucky enough to make the playoffs they will be 3aa.
