We might just pay him because we have to. It would be at a detriment to the team but you can't lose your bell cow. I've heard through the grapevine that as long as he is treated fairly - he will remain. What is fair is undisclosed though.
Reminds me of a certain basketball situation.

It’s a worse look if your players aren’t having good years. I’d rather Taylor make an all SEC team & take my chances than have a mediocre season. And if he does leave we go get another good QB.
Yeah, because it's easy and we have had SOOOO many good QBs over the years.

The physical talent is there but he is inexperienced and tends to flush from the pocket too early and too often. Im not sold on his ability to see the whole field and progress through receivers either. He appears to be a high character kid with great leadership skills
Which is a big plus. He needs to learn how to protect himself or he will get injured. I will be pulling hard for him and I hope all this hype doesn't put too much pressure on him.

Very good analysis. I think he could be a great QB. But this year will be a learning experience. I expect to see some holy crap can you believe he just did that moments. Both good and bad.

Aside from prepositions and adverbs. I understood “football” and “good” in that quote.

We’re gonna be good at the football guys!!!

Good thing the current #1 paid nfl defensive lineman might have a hometown and Alma mater interest in making sure he is fairly compensated.
