I believe this kid is going to be great next yr ,he is extremly athletic with a tremendous work ethic ,I think he could be a top five player from his class if he has the yr I think he does ! Expect greatness! Go BBN!!

Yeah it sure is a stretch to say kahlil ranked 11 will be a top 5 player ,cause work ethic being extremely athletic gets you nothing so I'll agree with you guys he will probably get drafted after yr 4 ! Big difference is that Diallo is a shooting guard and Brooks likely plays the 4 for us this season.
He is very athletic and will be a decent team defender and rebounder.. But his offensive skills need a ton of work and he will get killed one on one defensively against older and stronger players if he does not improve his footwork.. I see him as more of a two year player..

If only we had ever had a kid come thru and disappointed his freshman year, i would cool my excitement about his play next year. But we have never had that so it is a given he will go for 16 and 10, go Lotto. If the kid does not come out instantly, please do not turn on him.

My point is, fans do this every year. Look at the EJ threads, hell the Keldon Johnson ones, some people think of him as a bust. If these young superstars do not come out immediately and dominate college basketball, they will turn on them in a instant.

I seen that documentary man and this kid has the it factor he's going to be a superstar! Plus name one kid from Chicago who didnt turn out under CAL other then charles Matthew's even tho he was behind stud guards and didnt wait his time!
Oh yes there is. The kid is "stiff" like Poythress was/is. If you are expecting him to be a standout, especially from an offensive standpoint, I think you'll be greatly disappointed. He ain't starting. In fact, I think Allen is a better player than him, we shall see.
