Feels like the Bears trying to interview OC candidates under the auspices of HC interviews. Kafka likely wants to get out from underneath Daboll, but has significant “coordinator in name only” experience having worked in the capacity under Reid and Daboll (who were both play-calling HCs). Ben Johnson+Mike Kafka could be quite interesting.

I bet Dan Campbell's Wonderlic ain't off the charts......"test smarts" probably matter for a Coordinator, less so for a HC role.
