He’s a thoroughly unique player. His energy and attitude will be sorely missed. He was a thrill a minute player to watch. Hope he has a great future in the game!

Meh, it’s his mom. She probably thinks he should’ve been Big Ten POY. Standard mom stuff lol
No this isn’t your average mom who lashes out because her son got overlooked.JY was our most consistent and dynamic player . Perhaps the only one who could in this season take over a game. Did he sometimes have his bad moments yes but overall he was quite good. If he came back next year ( which he’s not ) the team would have a great chance to make some noise again. He was for some reason not given the same courtesy by some fans but others definitely saw his worth.

I didn't really think her tweet was "lashing out" anyway.

Not trying to be disrespectful to JY's mom. Just saying she's obviously a biased observer when it comes to JY, as she should be.

Of course she’s a bit biased and 100% correct. The kid was underplayed and his talents misused at times. Too much hype for several other players but perhaps that is on every team.BTW: I was not saying you thought she was lashing out. That’s what mom’s sometimes do especially when the hubby had a great career as well.

Jacob SHOULD have had his number called on that play no doubt! AT LEAST #2 option on a drive a kick

5 year college career, accomplished plenty, time for JY to move onward and upward, loved the smile and infectious enthusiasm, a real asset to the program. Good luck moving forward

Young was a character. The little dance he did after Clemson had a turnover in the second half on Friday was laugh out loud funny.
