WOW! I’ll GLADLY eat my crow if he can keep this play up! Past two games he’s really came on! Need him bad!
Justin Edwards!

He has slowly been building towards today. The kid has improved.
So many blasted him from game # 1 to now.
Eating crow isn’t sufficient to cover up how bad so many were so wrong.

We weren’t wrong. He was bad for a while. We are happy to see him have a couple good games and earn that starting spot he’s been gifted all year.
Wrong, he was terrible at the beginning of the year.
I have been saying for the past month that he's been playing well. It has taken him sometime and he still needs to drive more but he's come around. He's playing like a really good SF that can help his team a ton. Been great on defense as well.
His comfort level growing over the past month has been obvious. Maybe, just maybe, we'll have him at his peak in the tourney. Im very happy for the kid.
Hopefully it shuts up some of his haters on this board.
The one and done system has spoiled Kentucky fans. I remember a day when it took freshmen a minute.
Hope he keeps it up.
Hope he keeps it up.
He’s been really good as of late on offense and hasn’t forced anything. But the form has looked good and they’ve been going in. Just needs to match the effort on the boards and he can be a really really solid contributor.
So good to see the young man coming into his own. Keep it up Justin! We need you and are loving what you’re doing.
THIS IS THE PLAYER WE HAVE BEEN WAITING TO SEE!!!!!
He has done it all today!!! Played great defense, hustled, REBOUNDED rotated properly and made 3's!!!!
If we can get this type of performance out of him from here on out, we can do some GREAT things!!!!

4 rebounds in the 1st half is a good start for him!!!
If he can pull down 6-8/game, we are a different team because it keeps the opponent from getting so many 2nd chance points which has KILLED us in our 8 losses!!!
He's attacking rn. Crazy to see, Looks like a different player.
Who is this new player on our team wearing #1? I'm just gonna go am assume he didn't have a jersey so they gave him Edwards number. You know this dudes name as he looks really good?
This team is dangerous if Edwards shows up.
Edwards coming around could make this team dangerous if he can continue this pace he is on recently. The X factor going forward. Been putting in a lot of work to get to this point to improve his game as the year goes on!
They weren't wrong. He was playing badly. Pretty stupid thing to say bud
When UK isn't getting fd on the Rd it's amazing the difference. This team can beat anyone
If this is the Justin Edward’s we get going forward, I can live with how much PT he’s had the first 26 games.
Proud of him for battling through his issues! He was unplayable a month ago and has really turned it on. Wagner on the other hand has regressed and gives us nothing
KEEP GIVING HIM THE FREAKIN BALL!!!!!
He has WORE IT OUT today!!!
Please let this be how he plays from here on out!!!!!

What was stupid was a lot of those ignorant fans giving up on a player as talented as Edwards.
I don’t think he would be at this point without playing time. Maybe the coaching staff knows something?
How great does it feel to see Edwards name on a Stars of the game graphic!!!!!!!
Im going out with my sling shot after the game and snagging me one. If we get this version of JE the rest of the way oh man
I’m super happy for the kid, he’s taken all kinda flack and just quietly went about his business. I hope he leads us to a big turnaround honestly because he deserves it.
I think Wagner isn’t 100%, he hasn’t been the same since his injury.
Of course they can, it’s just they don’t give the same effort every game. It’s like most Cal teams, they always win a game with their back against the wall. But no way this team should have more than 5 losses at most.
I have to give Cal credit for not giving up on him. Now, let's hope JE continues his improvement.
