I think the quote from Banker last year after the Iowa game when he hinted that Iowa's practices must be "like a blood bath" told me everything I needed to know about how soft this team was and is going to be. We need somebody that will come in and from day 1 put the pads on the players and teach them to be physical. No more pu55y footing around. GBR
