You give me that PJ, yes we beat them easy. You're making the mistake of putting way too much into that first game. This team isn't even close to the same team that it was in November. At best Duke is 5 to 8 points better than us now. If PJ steps up like tonight they are at best even. 26 points and 12 boards will easily cancel out Zion and our supporting cast is better outside their big 3.

Duke is better, but the good news is that UK wouldn't have to play them until the Final Four. That's a good problem to have if you make it that far as a program. Even if UK gets a 2 seed, they're not going to put red hot UK team in Duke's region. Not when it could be a retirement title year for K.

Beating dUKe, now that’s funny.... We have improved from the beat down we took and too make it closer, but not improved enuff to beat the best team in college basketball THIS year....

We didnt get beat by 30 because of disparity in talent. UK folded that game ie shell shocked. Your a complete idiot if you think Duke was 30+ better then or now.

Duke is not better anymore . It is close but they have way too many huge issues. I can't buy anymore but maybe UT being better then UK today. People look at Duke's 2 superstars and just get awstruck ( I know you don't do this but many do ) and just don't look at the team as a whole. UVA is better IMO on a neutral court as well. I truly hope we play either duke or KSU in the dance.

The gap obviously isn't as wide, and UK could beat them, but they still offer Kentucky some match-up problems.

And people get awestruck with RJ and Zion because they're legitimate stats. I have no doubt that if the results were flipped at UK had Duke's roster and had blitzed them in November, you would make your case for why Kentucky was still superior over them.
