Do not waste your time. Just take a frozen 18 oz top sirloin and thaw it out in a bucket of dales. Leave it outside for 3 or 4 days in the heat (this is the key). Wrap in aluminum foil and throw it directly into a bonfire. Go get it after an hour or two and chow down.
