I'm a big fan of Honda Corporation, having owned MANY Hondas and Acuras over the years. Just curious, do you use electric or gas-powered weedeater and blower ?? :ROFLMAO: I was always old school, with 100ft of cord ... !!!
Honda is always a company I will trust. One of the best car investments ever. My 2005 Accord ran for 300k miles and I only had to replace the alternator twice and have the engine seals redone outside of usual stuff like brakes and filters/oil. Beast of a car.

I've never owned one but I'm a fan. Took an epic road trip out west with friend in a 93 civic. I'm looking at picking up an Element for camping and road trips. Seeing lots of those going to 300K + miles.

My buddy at UPS when I worked there had an Element. Ran great for the 10 years I worked there. One the motor issues started, I wouldn’t have minded even rebuilding it and kept going, but after that long seeing them start to have check engine lights and shutting off and getting a tow gets old. If you can work on them or don’t mind the occasional shop repair it’s nice not having a car payment that long. I could have put 3-4K in it and it would have ran awesome for another 200-300k miles I’m sure. Body was great, no rust or even paint chips. Everything worked electronically fine.

Even so, I don’t think anyone from that 2020 class should still be playing college basketball. Not Kerr. Not Franck. Not Devin askew. Would we not make fun of Kansas if they had hunter dickinson for next season? Because him and Franck entered college the same year.
I certainly understand your point. The age of the athletes really doesn't bother me all that much. What is far more bothersome to me is the ridiculous salaries the players are getting today, not to mention the inordinately high salaries coaches get now and have been getting over the years.
I just really struggle to relate to it ... and always have.

I think if I can find one from a southern or southwestern state I'll pick it up. I'm OK with working on them and I've got the tools. I'm sure there are some specialized things specific to Honda I don't have. I'll never buy another new car. I like older vehicles for a lot of reasons. Hondas are just bullet proof, in general from what I see.

It's not horse racing; age doesn't matter. I hope his old *** dunks everything close to the rim.

Great pickup if Moreno stays. Can't start or expect huge minutes; injuries.

Yeah, I definitely am a fan of having one older car that is a stick. So many younger people can’t even drive them it’s like an anti theft device in itself. Then they don’t have expensive computer parts to replace and they actually run off classic parts. New cars are even putting kill switches in them so manufacturers could shut them down for Police. I don’t like that either.

Love driving a standard, so much more control and puts you in synch with the vehicle. I don't need infotainment (I have a CD player, enough) and I know when to air my tires up. I saw that new cars will soon have the ability to shut down if the onboard ******** thinks you are tired or incapacitated. Yeah, that will never go wrong, right?

Co-sign this. My first car (that I bought with my own money) was a 2013 Civic when I was in school. Still got that thing to this day, works good as new. Don't even need it, but I feel weird getting rid of it. Got a CRV for the family car few years ago when I got hitched, that thing's handling business. But I got nothing on my boy -- he has himself a badass Accord (I wanna say 2005) that's been with him through Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, up the East Coast, and then finally out west where he's now working in tech. Easily 200k miles on that, probably creeping up to 300k. That thing (nor my Civic) never failed us in times of need.

All gas powered for me. I have a 2001 Honda 450 Foreman ES ATV, that thing is still a beast. I bought my daughter a Honda Accord before college, I also bought one for an Ex when she was in need of a vehicle, those cars are so freaking dependable.

Exactly, it is supposed to detect if you are driving impaired. What a joke. Imagine it messing up or doing it for a legit mistake and you’re stranded.

Gas weeder and blower. Literally just cut my cord in two with trimmers today. Popped a breaker. Spliced cord. All good.
