If you're like me and have been wondering what the heck our guys are doing, the beginning of this video does a good job of explaining the rules of "jungle ball." Looks fun.
We play it a lot in practice. We play handball the most but jungle ball is up there. Our handball games get really intense. Coaches don’t like losing and the teams feeds off of our energy. We make the losing team wear yellow jerseys next time we play as punishment.
