There’s zero chance a single U.S. District Court judge would randomly get five cases from left-wing groups like the ACLU, NAACP Legal Defense Fund, Center for Constitutional Rights—and rule against Trump every time purely by coincidence. This is judge shopping, plain and simple.
What we’re seeing isn’t just activism it’s a judicial coup, where unelected judges are overriding policies made by elected leaders.
House Republicans have the power to stop this: oversight hearings, reforms to case assignments, even impeachment for misconduct.
So why aren’t they acting?
