Well run Jr football programs help tremendously the high school programs to be successful year after year. TCYFL offers programs to be competitive and start rivalries. 2016 varsity level, 8th grade, championship was Prairie Ridge vs Warren. Senior year 2020 Prairie Ridge-6A runner up & Warren 8A runner up as well. Not Champions but had a opportunity to be!! Some other consistent programs are Cary, Antioch, Barrington.
If you are a new or old coach at high school level, it is advisable to start a feeder program that has an identical system at every level so when the players reach high school they are off and running and develop a winning program and a chance for state Championships !!!
