Great hire by the Mounties. He was a former Offensive Coordinator and QB Coach for the Toronto Argonauts and played for the Chargers, Patriots, Bucs and Skins. Solid move by the "new' Administration.
I hope if he is as good as advertised, he sticks around. A lot of times coaches with similar credentials move around a lot.
It may help that he is an alum in this case. Time will tell, I guess.

Ok you got me. Sometimes may have been the correct phraseology. How many High School coaches in NC 1A - 4A do you think have NFL experience. I would guess not more than 10 - 15%. That’s just a guess.
Cletus I was not dumping on Tuscola. I hope the are successful under new leadership. South Point needs some mountain competition come playoff time. I can’t remember the last time SP lost to a mountain team. I know it’s happened, I just can’t remember the occasion.

Well you beat us twice ('79 & '16) so I'm not sure we're your huckleberry.
BV, y’all might be zackly what we’re looking for. South Point won State Championships both years, 79 and 16.
I feel sure SP will be a playoff team. I’d like to see them win it all this year but who knows. A loss in the Western Finals two years in a row, is a good run but a chance at another State Championship would be great.
He was OC over at west Hendo this past year. If he gets tuscola to the level that offense was at, he will not be there long. JMO
Will he have the QB that he had at West this past year? That kid and his receiving core were really good!
