Dont forget, I put a mask over the shower head and shower drain to be sure Im not part of the problem.
Only one? I double mask that **** with N95 surgical masks after Lord Fauci told me one wasn't enough. For a while there I stopped showering all together, while I do not want to characterize myself as a hero, it was a serious sacrifice, but thinking of the countless lives I saved gives me a warm and fuzzy feeling inside and makes me realize it was worth it.

The fact he's been vaccinated is a game changer in this situation. He should not be getting tested.
I was under the impression he would have been clear if vaccinated…sounds like not getting vaccinated cost him a bunch…

I get it. He’s upset. But you cant be too careful with this virus. I have had both shots and the only time I take my mask off is when I sleep. Winning a golf match isnt worth endangering your own life and the life of others.
What a sad fearful existence you live

This is squarely on Rahm

If he had taken vaccine earlier then he wouldn’t even have been tested

I can’t imagine why any PGA player wouldn’t be vaccinated awhile back with the purses they are playing for

Hell, even if you disagree with vaccinations, etc, if all you had to do was get a shot to not get tested every week and go thru all the other protocols……..just do it

All the players were told this months ago.

This is not about his life in any way shape or form. Not at all. He has the vaccine and he just walked 7 miles in the heat in the afternoon after walking 1.5 miles in the AM and had no signs of illness at all.

It certainly may be about not spreading the disease to others. Yes. It is not about his health. He is asymptomatic proved by today.

It is not about him at all.
If he had the vaccine and it has been two weeks then he would of never undergo contact tracing let alone take a COVID test under PGA requirements.

If he only received his first vaccine this week the tour had no choice. I thought he was fully vaccinated. This may push others to get vaccinated. May have cost him 1.6 million unfortunately.

Unfvcking believable! He has a SIX shot lead and is told that he has to withdraw from the Memorial because he tested positive for Covid. Sucks. 1.6 million dollar purse. His parents are set to arrive Monday and be with him for 2+ weeks through the US Open. He hasn’t seen them since Feb 2020. Sucks.
Probably should've gotten vaccinated. Oh well, a few million dollars is a small price to pay not to have to live with that gubment tracking device in your arm.

This may go down as pro sports biggest most expensive (for JR) virtue signal yet! He’s freaking asymptotic too which is all that matters. If I was him I would demand to know what the viral cycle threshold of my test was.

He knew the rules. He has only himself to blame (and China). He should've done what everybody else with an IQ over 70 is doing, get vaccinated.

Ok I am a tad confused. People say he should have been vaccinated? Correct? If he had been vaccinated he would not have been tested. Correct?

Rahm didn't even have any symptoms... you people getting an experimental vaccine for something that when you get it, you literally don't even know it is mind blowing.

PGA made the right call here. Imagine how many people he could infect outside, walking down a 400 yard fairway alone, I’m worried how many of those cicada bugs might have contracted it and spread to the elderly and vulnerable patrons in attendance. Right thing to do is cancel the remainder of the tournament and quarantine the field until the US Open.
You make a good point. In 17 years I need to make sure I’m not near Muirfield village.

Why get vaccinated? 1.6 million is not worth it too me!!! There is good research out their about how this vaccine altars your dna. Don’t know if I believe all the information about the microchirp insertion, but some of the evidence I’ve seen on you tube. sounds very convincing.

Sad, unless you are over 70 and have a comorbidity. If you are fully vaccinated you have very very very small chance of getting it or transmitting it. But it’s your life to live.

Found this quote from the CDC.

The CDC adds that those who are fully vaccinated "have a reduced risk of transmitting" the virus to those who are not vaccinated. That means unless a person is experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, those who are vaccinated are safe to meet with unvaccinated people.May 28, 2021

doesn’t matter

PGA told all players months ago what the policy was

they could choose not to get vaccinated. There was a risk if you didn’t. There were still weekly testing and contact tracing if one didnt.

same for MLB players

save your outrage for something else. He made a decision. He is paying a steep price.

I am flying to Montana twice this summer for fishing. I did the vaccine because months ago I thought there was a tiny chance that air travel (domestically) MIGHT require a vaccine and I didn’t want to miss a trip.

Rahm knew the risks. Took it, for whatever reason.

Wife just had a baby. Shocked he wasn’t already vaccinated.

I hope that you are kidding about your mask usage. Also, there is ZERO chance of Rahm “endangering his own life and the life of others” by playing golf. It is outside and he could maintain distance from everyone else.

The vaccination has been linked to a lot of miscarriages. Now I know him getting it wouldn’t have caused that but maybe they made the decision together. Imagine if we tested everyone for every virus out there...

And I still don’t know how making results public are not a HIPAA violation. But whatever...I agree it is the PGA rules and he’s getting **** end of the stick for not getting vaccinated by a vaccine that isn’t even fully FDA approved yet. It sucks for him but I’m sure he will still wake up tomorrow and be just fine

Where did you see that about the miscarriages? A reliable source I follow on Facebook had some great information about the vaccine causing problems with your dna but hadn’t herd about miscarriages

I’ve read several articles on it. Walking into a wedding or I would try to link. I’ll try to remember to do that

Love how people think there isn’t enough data out there to take the vaccine, but there’s enough data to claim it’s linked to miscarriages. It’s not.

Where in Montana are you going? Want to plan a fly fishing/glacier national park trip next summer.
