$40….good grief. And they wonder why they can’t come close to a sell out. I remember when they raised the parking at the RAC from 2 or 3 dollars to 5. This was around 2002/03. I said to myself you’re not happy with my 2 or 3 bucks now u get nothing (from me). Proceeded to park over in the Nichols apartments for free and walk the 20 minutes or so
$40 is a good deal when you consider you are parking directly across the street from the stadium and you can't get anywhere near that close without either buying a season pass that requires a lot of priority points and a high scholarship donation, or buying second-hand from someone that has the season pass.

Any lot not listed by Rutgers as a pay lot is free. Davidson, LSM, and Richardson Apartments just to name three.
You aren't technically allowed to park in those lots without a Rutgers parking permit specific to Busch campus. If you've been parking there then I guess you've been getting lucky to have not gotten a parking ticket. At the same time though, those parking tickets are meaningless until you have racked up I believe it is $200 in fines. Once you've hit that, they will tow your car. If you owe less than that, the only consequence is you can't register for classes (if you are a current student) or they won't send out your transcript (if you are an alumnus).

Can anyone let me know what it was like exiting from the Johnson Park lot Saturday night? For Nebraska have friends without passes that want to meet up at our tailgate in Scarlet.
