I sold my black lot pass for Howard last week for $45. $45 for Johnson park is a way better value.

My pass for Michigan is on stubhub for $200 and it's nowhere near the highest priced pass in the black lot (have no fear, I'm going to the game. Staying at the Heldrich and going to roam all day, figured I may as well cover my hotel cost. Lol)

What lunatic would pay $45 for a Black Parking lot pass for a game against Howard ?

Also impossible to build a fanbase when everything is being complained about (parking prices, alma mater, horse video, dj, loudness, etc.)

We have a fanbase that complains about everything. Must be a Jersey thing.

Wrong.
Point of entry for any new fan going to a new Sporting Event is the cost to attend .
This strategy will surely destroy that potential.

Hey RU#1fan ... How do you like your point of entry / cost to attend the RU vs UMD game at Yankee Stadium. How many "new" fans do you think this brings in? What a joke. It's fans like you that have no clue.

Yeah, but the cost to attend hasn't changed. Game day parking at the RAC is still $20.

And the Township of Piscataway has no vested interest in attracting new fans, nor does Rutgers have any say in their "strategy". They're looking to maximize township revenue from Johnson Park... this will do that.

Agreed. But this guy RU#1fan doesn't understand that.

They probably need money to keep the park operational. Cars beat up the grass. They have softball and soccer fields that need upkeep. I think there is a petting farm in Johnson park as well. The animals need to eat.
