Best of luck to him yes. But I would like to see a lot of people at ESPN resign and for ESPN to stick to sports

Sorry to hear about Skipper's addiction problems. Best of luck to him. Hearing Bilas is campaigning for the job as well as continuing his commentary duties....JK:D

I’m purely speculating but my first thought was that he wanted to come out and say this because sexual assault or whatever is about to come out against him. He wants this narrative out there so he has everyone feeling bad for him and then he has an excuse for his behavior. Clearly I’m probably wrong. But with a couple of ESPN sexual **** just coming out, I wouldn’t be surprised

Things have gone to hell over there under his leadership.
Partisanship aside, its a tough time for ESPN. We all loved it for highlights and Sportscenter, but no one needs that anymore with streaming media. ESPN has had to continually re-invent itself over the last 5-7 years and they are still doing it better than anyone by a good margin.

I credit them with pouring resources into ESPN3 and streaming. They also have great coverage of College Football, College Basketball, and the NBA.

Cable cutters are growing in numbers. It won’t just be Espn.

I hated it at first. But I haven’t had a problem in a couple years now.
Mine skips and freezes 80% of the time. All other streaming apps work great. Internet speed not the issue.

Still like the coverage of sports that they started because I am old enough to remember when I was lucky to see us play about four to five times a year

As bad as opiates are up that way, maybe Skipper got hooked and that led to his addiction with Tammy or Tommy or both. No judgment here.

All I know is cable is a rip off now. I spend $200 per month for cable, internet and home security and only watch about 15 channels. And, apparently picture quality is better with some type of dish so I am not even getting very good picture quality.
