It's not by their choice, they have asked to move up everytime. They would much rather be in atleast 4, but would prefer 5 or 6.

Why doesn’t the coach go to a 6a school and bring his recruits there? This is not what high school sports is supposed to be about.

If your argument is it’s due to his “recruits”, moving to 6A wouldn’t make a difference.

IMO-High school sports like everything is evolving. The days of 3 generations of families going to the same school, playing sports together from little league to HS is outdated, frankly. Families moving to “better” schools for athletic opportunities shouldn’t be frowned upon if we encourage it for academic opportunities.
