Hell, I thought he was a Republican to begin with. Did he actually run as a Democrat, just so he would be voted in? There's no doubt he's a Republican. Joe Manchin is likely wearing the same sheep outfit.

I think Joe is a middle of the road guy and has always been. Maybe it's time for a new "common sense" party since its seems that the wacko fringes have taken over what we have.

Seems Joe M. has no consistent stance on anything. He will agree with whomever he considers will make him look the most credible . Typical politician on whom no one can trust. Need to head him toward retirement.

Joe is a politician but he definitely has more backbone than most. Life would be easy for him if he switched to Republican but willing to stand alone in WV as a D.

The national media is going to have a field day with Governor Gomer's self-proclaimed "Saul on the road to Damascus" moment of hearing Trump speak at the Boy Scout Jamboree inspire him returning to the Republican path after a mere two year lapse.

Two giant moobs in an oversized manzier! LMAO!

I like joe but he must go. I was so proud of wv last night. I would love to see wv make joe pay for taking a check for doing zero.

"...MORE backbone than most..."?
Most what? Are you referencing the typical Democrat? Are you referencing those you call "friend" and/or hang out with?
Joe would have similar integrity problems as a Republican IF he continued with his current manner of changing his stance depending on what seems expedient.
"Typical Politician" (as you described him)---maybe.
"Scum Bag"---without any doubt.
Surely hope the citizens of WV sees him for what he is/represents and finds a replacement in 2018.
