Jiggery pokering sounds like something that happens when two drunk overweight specimens decide to mate.

Media reference: Lord Peter Wimsey(sp) of British TV circa 1970's. Wimsey, an English Lord and younger brother to a 1920's Duke of Denver, when talking to his older brother referred to the House of Lords, of which his brother belongs, as a place "full of men up to all that jiggery pokery and other such nonsense with all their ermine furs, wigs and suchnot." A paraphrase to be sure but indicates a body of men full of themselves, their own rules and traditions, and in general up to no good for the rest of us. Take it from there. How about the NCAA executives?
