When the cheerleaders and dance team members who toss freebies into the crowd expand their activity to do some of the tossing from the aisles of the 200-level seats as well as from the arena court, tossing Jersey Mike subs could make everyone in the RAC happy, not just in the high rent 100-level seats.

I agree. My wife did some marketing for them with an outside company for a few years. Great owners!

You could see the enormous respect for each other going up the ladder and coming down from the top. It's a too often used phrase but it really had that "family" feel from what I could tell.

I hope this is an every game type of thing. Maybe I'll grab a sub tonight.

Saturday is $1 hot dog night, though, so I plan on abusing my body then.

I worked a couple events for their corporate headquarters. Good people.

I know people at almost every level (except maybe a franchise owner? lol) at the company and you guys are spot on.

Mentioned this before about Jersey Mikes on the Issues Board but they have HUGE heart when it comes to charity. IMO not a bad outfit for Rutgers to be affiliated with.

And their Corp HQ is listed as being in Manasquan. How bad can they be?

Glimmer Glass Bridge, originally scheduled to be closed for 2 or 3 days, will now be closed for 18 months for repairs. Future "cloudy". Add some time trying to get to the beach next year....a lot of time.

And when you live in a place without a good deli and/or sub shop on every other corner, you appreciate Jersey Mike's, and not just for the N.J. map on the wall. (which tends to make me sniffle)

Was at a conference in Hawaii last January and on TV at night the local Hoholulu news ran a piece about the first Jersey Mikes in the islands. They have a HUGE sports guy and he was eating one on air. He liked it!

I like the t-shirt cannon shooting food idea
1st they shoot sub rolls into the crowd
then lettuce
then sliced tomato
then cold cuts
condiments can be tricky
