Yeah, I mean... even if you have to go down the street to get somebody off Vandy’s women’s soccer team, you gotta take the points there.

I don’t disagree with going for it. But from the 3 yard line, less than 20 seconds left, and only one timeout, you’ve got to also give yourself a chance to score a TD on that play. Even if they got the first down on the sneak, they would have had to burn the last timeout to get reset while the bodies unpiled, then you only have one play before you’ve gotta kick the FG anyway.

Correct call would have been to roll Allen to the wide side and drag a few WR’s across. Let Allen take the edge or the easy throw for either the first down or the TD….whatever is available. The sneak was a low football IQ play in that spot.

He’s the best player I’ve ever seen at MSU

I've watched him late in games the last 2 years and when he decides to blow a play up there's no one that I've seen stop him yet. He's unbelievable. He decided to go through his man and also grab the QB. I've never seen anyone do that before.

Happy for him, but...

when I go into that situation in my fantasy game with Josh Allen AND Buffalo's kicker and lose by 2.8 points, I'm going to utter at least one "Come on, man!".

Best comment I saw last night was…

The Bills are in a division with the Jets, Dolphins, and Patriots. They could afford to gamble

Also: Jeffery Simmons arms are massive.

I remember seeing him his second year here and how he completely transformed his body from mushy high schooler to first round NFLer. He was incredible when he was here.

And don’t forget, we were super close to having a DL of Simmons, Sweat, Raekwon Davis, and Derrick Brown.

if Allen wouldn't have slipped, he gets the first down and maybe more. i like the gamble, esp looking shotgun, and running up to sneak. thought it was a good move, until the slip

Buffalo's arrogance cost them the game.....they were clearly the better team. its one thing to try that crap early on (e.g. dallas v pats...twice!), but they shoulda held on for OT. maybe they learn from that. They could've easily woken up 5-1 today.

He slipped because he hit an immovable object.

Agree, you go for it thereof you don’t think you have the better team and think that was your best/only chance of winning. I know the whole go for the tie at home/win on the road, but that is basketball. If you think you have the best team in football you take it to OT

Cost me $70 bucks on a 7 team moneyline $10 parlay. Nailed the first 6. So my opinion may be a little biased. In actuality Tennessee had the best team all night, so I probably take my chances with Jared Allen over Derrick Henry.

Did someone not see that Simmons pushed his man into Allen while also grabbing Allen and stopping his momentum.

It's one on the most ridiculous overpowering plays I've ever seen.

Chris Jones might come close. He has been the center of KC's defense and you can tell when he's out. Just like Jeffery. They really screwed up moving him out of the NG spot.

Allan did NOT slip.
He saw his left tackle getting thrown back like a rag doll and the GREAT BEAST coming at him and prayerfully gave up the ghost.
Simmons is without a doubt the best down lineman we've ever had on defense. And we've had some good ones.
