It is a blanket deal with the hot dog suppliers and the unnamed company who sells us those stinky stadium cups. Having a customer they can funnel their toxic (underarm stink chemicals) byproducts into the drink cups they supply out to be worth $600K. No telling what EPA would do if they found out what or cup supplier is doing.
