I don’t think we get the guys who decide between us and other schools.
Hype videos aside he is up for the mvp of his league, he is 22, and possible move to college is a thing. I’m not saying he is going to change our season, but from what I have read about him he is the real deal and would probably be a top 20 college player. Maybe better. If we have the money offer it and see what happens. At this point it’s desperation time.
Who doesn't LMAO? This kid would easily be the best player on the team. Easily. You just play him, Diallo and Wilkins together. But there's no possible way you don't take this kid if you can get him
Montero is considered one of the best prospects not in the draft. He's light yrs ahead of JJ.

A possible solution to our roster deficiency is better than none at all. I understand the fanbase is upset and jaded but I don't understand the vitriol toward sharing info/clips on potential recruits.
This is a UK message board and the incessant Pope bashing will still be there when the season starts. I for one still hope he can add a few pieces and we'll see how things transpire.

I like Sarr, but this guy is the real deal. I’m definitely not an expert or anything but I have watched a bunch of his games and film and I’ve read/watched a lot about him from people who do it for a living as well. He’s a first team all American if he plays in my opinion! The guy breaks ankles every game against the other teams best defensive players, He could work on his three point shooting but does shoot pretty dang great and has great mechanics , his mid game is unreal and he gets to the basket at ease.
He’s a talented player for sure and if his team needed him to score more he would. I think he’s been trying to be more of an overall leader who is trying to show the NBA scouts he’s ready to run a franchise. Just my opinion on him but , I think he’s the best player available for college basketball and it’s not close! I’ll say, I wouldn’t have a clue what he’ll do next year, but it’s a fun dream to have.

I’ve got Five Hundred to spare for him! Have a Kentucky recruiting day and see what we could do to get a couple studs. The right two guys and the money will come and I’m sure a couple big boosters would match it.
