Allegedly sitting out the year because he is collecting salary from Fairfield.
Rutgers needs a assistant coach that can teach centers post moves on offense and defensive positioning for rebounds.
Th vibe I got from Richie is that he would be getting paid by Fairfield to spend a lot of time at Rutgers practices. So like an unofficial advisory role.
we've lacked a big man coach for a long time, i think it would help in that aspect.
