Hearsay!

Anyway... it's a nice quote from Greg Brown about what Jay Wright said to him. I wouldn't expect Wright to bash RU to pr Pikiell to Brown, but he didn't need to fully endorse him either. So it's nice he did...

How difficult is it to follow what's going on in a tweet after reading it?. It is obviously a Q&A with an individual ( someone said it was Brown ), who then references a conversation he had with Jay Wright, in which Jay Wright gave his thoughts on the Pikiell hire.

Text in Bold means question, the unbolded text after it means the answer to the question.

It’s brown saying something that he’s saying Wright said. Wright was not interviewed for this story. A fourth grade English class could figure that out

sure. Ignore is a beautiful feature instead of dealing with your silliness.

Who in this thread said anything about Jay Wright being interviewed? ** No need to answer, I won't see the response **

Don’t need to see the comment. Base on his current performance and recruiting, you know he’s on the right path.

How nice of Wright. Typical of what coaches will always say of Rutgers coaches. As long as we are no threat to them, they will always talk them up with praise and say they are doing a fantastic job.

I don't see that with Jay Wright.

Have seen him over they years at many HS game and he seems genuine and he's always well received by other coaches which is not something you can say about many .

He has a ton of " IT " factor----walks into the gym and is immediately noticed.

Like Joe Paterno, doesn’t Jay have a house at the NJ shore? For Paterno it was Avalon. Wright’s is Ocean City. They both love NJ for more than one reason.

He has two NC rings----walks into the gym and they are immediately noticed.
That helps with the IT part a little bit, don't ya think? ;)

It's nice and all, but I don't really care. Jay Wright didn't come here. I care about that, at least I did.

I've met Jay a few times and talked to him for a while at my friends wedding last month who's an assistant coach for Jay. He's a great guy and he does have the IT Factor wish he had taken the coaching position here years ago.
