Had a good story about a regime change while he played in Buffalo. You simply have to move on and play football. Benning agreed wholeheartedly and is still discussing.

I guess something I did not think about until just now...what if it is not "some" players that are pro-bo, what if it is most of the players?

What then? Still sit them all, still kick them all off?

I guess I just assumed it might be a few players but what if it is like 60 players?

I highly doubt this is an issue. Most of the upperclassmen are hoping to get a combine invite and a shot at the next level. Why the hell would they put in anything less than their best effort regardless of the coach? The younger players could have transferred if losing Bo mattered that much. And of course those who know they won't get drafted will be entering a business world where management changes are part of life.
This is a transition year. The talent level is the lowest it's been since around 2004.

What exactly are you doing to correct the situation? Talk more? Post more? That's really seemed to recreate the Championship years 1994-1997 hasn't it. Let's all mutter under our breath and take to the airwaves, THAT'LL SHOW 'EM!

I personally think that taking a bunch of 40 year old men in Damon Benning an Jay Foreman, gearing them up, and trying to prove something/straighten out a bunch of 19 year old kids is pretty damn shameful. Its like those dudes that are hanging on to whatever former glory they had in those ultra competitive old dudes softball leagues.

They aren't in the program anymore, commenting cool, but its up to Gangwish and those guys to slam dudes into lockers, not a bunch of old dudes.

I still think it's ridiculous nobody is more outraged that a bunch of snot-nosed kids are ruining the thing we love right before our eyes, and our own Coach and apparently most of the fan base is going to sit idly by and whine about it! THEN DO SOMETHING. What is this, Congress? Let's debate it ad nauseum, but never act on anything? Nonsense.

There is nothing a fan can do - other than not supporting the program by not going to the games or following them. And that's not going to happen. We can talk among ourselves and that's it.

Unless the big time boosters are mad there isn't anything that fans can do.

Begging your pardon, but at least those old players have skin in the game. If anyone deserves to just "talk ****" about snot nosed players, its them, and not a bunch of us free boarders who haven't done anything.
