Tulsa was by far his BEST OFFER out of high school …so he rewards TU taking a chance on
him by bolting to Baylor after TU helps him develop and mature. Devin Lamp goes to
San Diego State for a lateral move at best…maybe he was enticed by free tickets to the
San Diego Zoo.

Transfers come & they go-the nature of the beast. We've done OK with the incoming, so far. A kid named Tai Newhouse, a freshman recruit, looks like a keeper at D-tackle but will certainly need some time to approach J. Player level-if ever.

Tai is going to surprise a lot of people this year. Be sure to check the depth chart for the first game!!
