Yes, for sure. Another legacy Cat, albeit from football. I know Larry Vaught is super high on the youngster. I say sign him, 100%.

Should not pass on a 6'4" guard shooting 41% from 3, I agree. We should have learned by now that you can't have enough shooters.
If we could put Peterson, Johnson, Acuff, and maybe Sheppard sticking around for year three that would be a dynamic, explosive foursome

Yes you are correct. Jasper Johnson - Woodford Co. High School Versailles, Ky. Class of 2025. 6’5”Point Guard and Quarterback. 3.0 GPA I say go after him . I think his Dad played Football at UK.
He just transferred to Link Academy in Missouri. They have had some nice players go through that school.

Damn! Yeah we need to get this kid. Is it just me or does he have some Kobe Bean Bryant in his game? He has size, the shooting stroke, fadeaway. Even dunks like Kobe running thru the lane with that 2 hander. He even appears to play some solid defense in the clips at least. I like him a lot.
Sounds like he was made for UK. With that background how could we not land this kid? I’m loving his family history. Being ranked that high in the state of Kentucky is a huge sign IMO.

You definitely take him, and knowing his dads size it wouldn’t surprise me if he ends up a wing at 6’6-6’7. He is still young and will likely grow several more inches.
