Got lucky they didn't throw a flag for the receiver on the bottom of the screen being in the neutral zone on the snap!

Awesome run! Thanks for posting the video.

There was a lot of screaming and texting going on after that play. So happy for him.

How awesome is that,,, to go from under utilized, under appreciated until your senior year, to scoring on your first carry for the world champions? Congratulations, well deserved!

you know I see a guy like him and I wonder. Nebraska has always produced good talent but since the recruiting sites started ranking players we do not take as many NE kids - It really may be a mistake think of the players who went to Iowa, KSU and others maybe we should be signing more NE kids per year and nevermind what our recruiting ranking is

Watching Jano and Siemean last night made me wonder what happened to Kain Colter - cut by Bills in early September this year and currently a free agent - I wonder if his union stuff at NW made him a bit radioactive in the NFL?

Probably not. We've missed on a few kids that we tried to get to walk on but guys like Ott are tough to project. Ott didn't really figure it out until his junior year and finally put in the effort necessary to be a B1G starter. Tom missed kids too and he had a billion scholarships to waste when he took over. It's the way it is when you try to project a 17 year old high schooler as a 21 year old junior or senior. You take the guys that have the size, speed, quickness and want to and worry about where they're from later. I'm very happy with the way Riley has approached in-state recruiting.
