You posted an article about the possible negative conequences of judical elections. I don't recall saying it was impossible, but highly unlikely. Your article even points out it is not common.

Again, do you have any actual instances you can cite to support your argument? How about with TN judges? How about in Shelby County, TN? How about with Judge Jim Kyle? Surely there is some basis off which you are making these claims? Otherwise you are just slandering a judge to fit your narrative in hopes something will stick. Sounds an awful lot like another entity I know that will be starting public hearings tomorrow trying to fit a narrative against someone they don't like either.

Yea, who would have thought a christmas movie about Santa wouldn't be a good reference point for a real wold ordeal? :joy:
You sure are touchy with Shelby County judges for a UK fan.

Ah, going for the red herring I see

You get that is where the judge you are trying to imply is demonstrating a bias towards Memphis is serving, right?
Sure, the same school he graduated from, I know where he is, getting elected and all. Play in your fantasy world all you want. I'm done with your adolescent nonsense.

Laughing is very healthy. I’m laughing big time at you, your cheat boy, your cheat coach. At you supporting scum like that.

He’s a corrupt Mempiss fan. Just like those Filth loving idiots from North Carolina or the same from Kansas.

You sure don't come across as someone laughing or having a good time, unless its maniacal of course. You are coming across as someone triggered and coming unhinged because a recruit did not choose UK.

Would you feel the same way about his eligibility if he did?

They offer GEDs there in Mempiss? You clearly can’t read troll boy. Enes Kanter.

I’m enjoying pointing out what a scumbag school you support. So predictable

I would assume so. They offer them everywhere else, why would Memphis be any different? Do they offer mental health in Lexington?

I don't think you ever actually stated how you felt about the Kanter situation. Did you think he should have been eligible? I know I did!

Why are you calling UK a scumbag school?

They can, it is just unlikely and they have far more to lose than Memphis if it doesn't go their way. NCAA isn't a very popular organization currently and they have several congressional members very critical of them as well. I would imagine they aren't very excited about the opportunity of this ending up in court.

Like what?

Power. If Memphis wins it will render the NCAA powerless to enforce anything. Everyone will just take them to court and the precendemt will already be set. If Memphis was to lose they can't play Wiseman and may have to remove the games he played from their record. Which sounds worse?

That's a bit of a generalization. Memphis would never win that case in federal court. Memphis agreed to play by the NCAA's rules when they joined the organization. If they don't play the rules, they get punished -- honestly, simple as that. It's a binding contract.

As for your local judge, the person wants to get re-elected, that's why he granted what he did. He has no real power in this. The NCAA is going to show Memphis and the Wiseman family that.

I wish your team good luck. You're going to need it.

Sure bud, I mean we can pretend that to be the case, but in reality they have a strong chance to win. Which is why the NCAA wouldn't take it to court. It's also why they agreed to let athletes be paid instead of fighting it in court.

Highly doubt a credible judge would diminish his career by doing such, but it's a cute conspiracy.

I know, that was a tough loss tonight. Hopefully just hangover from last week and getting the #1 ranking to quick. Hopefully this is a wake up call for us.

Again, you are speaking in generalizations, but oh well. You are just here to constantly keep a conversation going that you firmly understand is dumb. With that said, you keep up your dumb logic and enjoy yourself. Your poor team will not reap anything from their strategy, and all this time you spent will look like gold in a few months.

What generalizations? Just saying so doesn't.make it so.

My team is going to be down for a few days because they just lost for the first time, to an unranked opponent, after gaining the #1 ranking. We will be okay though. Gotta get healthy and tougher.

Memphis on the other hand will likely keep their top player at least eligible for part of the season. Pays to fight the NCAA in court. Just ask UNC.

Your cheatin Mempiss boys getting their *** kicked Mempiss troll.
Lol, how do you know the scores of the Memphis game? Doesn't sound like I am the Memphis fan here.
