My guess is that Dannen's first call would be to Kalen DeBoer. You never know if wants to get out of Alabama and come back to the mid-west unless you ask.Rhule hasn't left.
But about this, I think Franklin is a good coach. I'm not sure if his personality would rub Nebraska wrong? He's a bit snobbish, which will be something Nebraska fans will cling onto as soon as they aren't happy with something in the program. He's far more of Callahan than Rhule personality wise imo.
Nebraska needs a good coach with a good persona if they aren't winning instantly, as these fans will be more patient that way imo

I sadly agree because I think that's kinda the problem with Nebraska. I'm sure I'm in the minority here (litterally) lol but I want a great coach and I couldn't care less if he's snobbish. If the dude can win at a high level sign me up. End of the day if he isn't winning enough he's getting fired anyways so .Rhule hasn't left.
