Read elsewhere he visited Texas Tech at least. Seems now that he's qualified he has other options and is looking at them. Someone compared it to the Stringfellow situation, where he signed financial paperwork but not a letter of intent so he can still go elsewhere.

If he doesn’t sign a LOI he can wait until the first day of class. Assuming the school he chooses has a scholarship available.

His commit has always seemed a bit off like doesn't necessarily want to be at Nebraska. Would be a nice addition to the line if he wants to be a Husker.

I imagine our staff is all over it. Hopefully they can reel him (back) in. If not, it will sting. Green's a player and we could certainly use him.

But he was SEC all the way until coursework forced him to look elsewhere. It was a shotgun marriage of convenience for both parties. Wouldn't be surprised or necessarily blame him if he ends up elsewhere.

It was too late to sign a LOI. The final day was April 1, Green committed April 15, so there wasn't anything we could do there.

As of now he's still committed and Coach T is on him every day. TT and Houston don't really scare me much. Hopefully he sticks.

He is/ was going to miss summer conditioning anyway. He wasn't going to be able to report until later in the summer.

Well hopefully he sticks to it. We have what...5-6 seniors on the Dline this year and all are in the two deep??? The opportunity is definitely there for playing time and possibly starting next year. Hopefully he sees that and takes advantage of it.
