Damn shame. I figure it'll eventually happen to Rocker but he just must be big/strong enough to handle it. He's a Cam Newton-type college baseball player, so there are always exceptions.

Not good to be that small and throw that hard... Kinda like Bo Jackson was too big to run that fast. Hope he's just wore out for about 2 months and then has a 20 year big league career.

Some guys can do it. Billy Wagner comes to mind. Of current pitchers, Marcus Stroman comes to mind. But yeah, he definitely isn't the prototype.

I just hope he's bored at Vanderbilt and/or thinks he's had the college experience now. His Dad made $65M over his career as a player, so he absolutely could just decide to hang out and be big man on campus if he wanted to until his eligibility is up.
